Your personal operating system

Turn the life you wantinto what you do today.

Your goals, plans, habits and priorities shouldn’t live in separate places. Vexael connects the whole picture — then helps you know what matters now.

The problem isn’t motivation

Your life is scattered.

  • Goals in one app.
  • Tasks in another.
  • Habits, money and notes somewhere else.
  • Plans in your calendar.
  • And AI that has never seen any of it.

Nothing sees the whole picture. So every morning you’re still asking: What actually matters today?

Here’s what changes ↓

What Vexael changes

One life. One connected system.

  1. DirectionWhere you’re going
  2. StructureWhat supports it
  3. TodayWhat matters now
  4. ProgressWhat actually changed

Each one carries into the next.

So where you’re trying to go reaches the day you’re actually living.

One season in Vexael, from decision to progress

01 · Direction

You choose where you’re going.

One season, one focus: launch the studio and reach ninety days of runway — with the days left always in view. Underneath it, the goals and habits that support it.

Vexael's 90-day focus screen: this season is “Launch the studio and reach ninety days of runway”, with 61 days left and 45% goal progress.

02 · Structure

Then you see what supports it.

The goals carrying your focus, each moving on its own — and the habits behind it, day by day.

The 90-day focus card on Vexael's Home screen: the season, 61 days left, its three goals at 0%, 78% and 58%, and the three habits carrying it with the last seven days checked off.

03 · Today

Then it turns direction into today.

Your focus stays above the day you planned — in order, with what’s happening now. No rebuilding your priorities every morning.

Vexael's Today screen: the 90-day focus with days left, above today's planned blocks in time order with the current block marked Now.

04 · Progress

And shows what actually changed.

Momentum from your goals, habits, projects, money and learning — not just ticked boxes.

Vexael's Progress screen: what momentum is made of, broken down across goals, money, habits, projects and learning.
The 90-day focus strategy on the Progress screen: day 31 of 91, days left, and the goals, projects and habits in focus.

Why it feels simple

Connected.

  1. Vision
  2. 90-day focus
  3. Goals
  4. Projects + habits
  5. Planner
  6. Today
  7. Progress

It feels simple because every part feeds the next. That is what a personal operating system is.

Vexael AI

Ask.Understand.Act.

Generic AI knows your prompt. Vexael knows the system around it. So it can plan your day, find time or reschedule what slipped — without you explaining your life from scratch.

You ask“Plan tomorrow around my focus.”

Vexael’s proposal, marked “Proposed · nothing saved yet”: a plan for tomorrow that adds two new blocks — deep work on the lookbook edit at 09:00 and the lookbook shoot at 11:00.
  1. Understands contextUses your focus, goals and plans.
  2. ProposesTwo new blocks. Nothing changes yet.
  3. Shows uncertaintyThen says what it doesn’t know.

You stay in control

  • KnowsWhat it used — and what it doesn’t know.
  • AssumesIts guesses, stated plainly.
  • ChangesApply makes exactly the changes it listed. Discard makes none.
The rest of the same proposal: what Vexael knows (tomorrow has no blocks yet; the lookbook shoot is due in six days), what it does not know (when you are actually free), what it is assuming (an ordinary working day) — and the two buttons that decide it, Discard and Apply 2 changes.

Common questions

Everything you
need to know.

Everything below describes what Vexael does today. Where the answer is “no”, it says no.

  • 01What exactly is Vexael?

A personal operating system: your direction, the structure that supports it, what matters today and the progress you make, in one place. You set a vision and a 90-day focus; Vexael links the goals, projects and habits behind it, turns them into a plan and a day, and shows what actually changed.

  • 02Is Vexael another task manager?

No. A task manager stores tasks. Vexael stores the reasons for them. A goal attaches to your focus, a project reaches that goal, its work lands in your planner and arrives on Today, and what you complete becomes evidence in Progress. The connections are the product.

  • 03How is Vexael AI different from ChatGPT?

A general chatbot only knows what you type into it. Ask Vexael already works from your focus, goals, projects, habits and planner — so “plan tomorrow” starts from your priorities and the plan you already have, and you never explain your life from scratch.

  • 04Does Vexael change things automatically?

No. Every suggestion arrives marked “nothing saved yet”, showing what Vexael knows, what it doesn’t know and what it is assuming. Nothing is written until you press the button labelled with the number of changes it will make. Discard leaves everything as it was.

  • 05Can I start for free?

Yes. The complete system is in the Free plan — Vision, Focus, Goals, Projects, Habits, Planner, Today, Notes, Library and Progress — with 60 AI requests a day. Standard and Pro add more AI, more indexed books and more storage, each with a 7-day trial. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel from Settings → Billing.

  • 06How does Vexael handle my data?

Ask Vexael reads your focus, goals, projects, habits and planner to build a proposal, and writes nothing without your explicit confirmation. You can delete your account permanently from Settings: any paid subscription is cancelled first so you are not charged again — and if that cancellation fails, nothing is deleted — then everything you have written, uploaded and planned is removed and your email is released.
